Georgiou Building has been involved in the design and construction of this project from inception, managing the design process so the building solution achieves the cost, functionality, quality and time targets set for the project.

The Hampden Road development will comprise a three-storey office building with potential retail space on the ground floor fronting Hampden Road and multi-level car parking at the rear.

Georgiou Building is undertaking a design and construct role and is also managing the planning and council approval process.

Georgiou Building will seek to leverage off the in-house capability of the precast business unit as it looks to procure architectural standard precast concrete elements for the building shell.

Planning and development approval is expected in early 2009 and construction will commence shortly afterwards. This building will be fully leased.

Kings Park Road Development
West Perth, WA

As the first active project for the Georgiou Building division, the Kings Park Road Development is anticipated to begin construction in December 2008.
