The creation of the new Mining Services business unit has been a significant development within the Infrastructure division, with the aim being to transfer Georgiou's existing capabilities into this booming sector. 

Tony Lynch has a wealth of mining experience and has been appointed Manager of the Mining and Resources division. Georgiou has attended several mining conferences and exhibitions to introduce their capabilities to potential clients and get a better understanding for the types of projects Western Australia is demanding. The Mining Services business unit is soon to start undertaking pre-stripping, tailings dams and bulk earthworks type projects throughout Western Australia.
