In 2012, a committee was established as an initiative to support gender diversity in the workplace. Georgiou's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) was a first for the construction industry in Australia. Georgiou's RAP signifies a culmination of 12 months' work, led by a working group of 20 people including front line staff and a representative from Reconciliation Australia. Georgiou's RAP was launched on Wednesday 9 March 2011, by way of a function to acknowledge the endorsement by Reconciliation Australia. The RAP was presented to Elder Cedric Jacobs of the Whadjuk Nation, traditional owners of Perth and the Hon. Fred Chaney AO.
