Georgiou’s Executive Leadership Team has expanded over the last year to reflect changes to the company structure and business growth. Responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for the company and ensuring business plans are implemented, the team works closely with other senior managers to monitor performance and develop our people.


John Georgiou
Chief Executive Officer

John Georgiou has over 20 years of civil engineering experience. He has been CEO of Georgiou Group since 1998 and under his leadership the company has successfully grown and diversified.

John has extensive experience in business development, strategic planning and organisational development and has attended executive management courses at Insead in Singapore and Harvard Business School in Boston.


John Galvin

John has 20 years construction and management experience throughout Australia and New Zealand. He has worked in and run major projects for companies such as Barclay Mowlem, Baulderstone Hornibrook and United KG.

Prior to joining Georgiou Group in 2007, John worked on the consulting side of the industry as a Director of Clifton Coney (now Coffey) Group, and managed its New Zealand business.


John Siamos

John joined Georgiou in 1995 and progressed through various finance roles to Financial Controller. After completing postgraduate qualifications in Property from Curtin University, John moved to the position of GM of Georgiou Corporation Holdings in 2006.

John is responsible for all property and investment aspects across the group, including freehold  property, acquisitions, development, syndicated property investments, listed portfolios and group treasury. John is a CPA, and a member of the Institute of Company Directors, and is currently undertaking a graduate diploma in applied corporate governance with Chartered Secretaries Australia.

 
Errol Keyt
Chief Financial Officer

Errol has developed his career to build broad management expertise working in Australia and internationally in a number of different roles.

Previously working with Mitchell Corp as Chief Financial Officer, Errol implemented a multiude of financial strategies to achieve sustainable results.  

Other senior roles throughout Errol's career include business management, marketing and customer service, commercial and financial management, accounting and taxation, with expertise in identifying strengths & weaknesses in business operations and implementing strategies to reduce costs and optimise profitably, without compromising benefits to employees, the community and the environment.  


Scott Morris
Group Financial Controller

Scott joined Georgiou Group in 2004 as Company Accountant before moving to the position of Financial Controller in 2005. Scott has over 10 years experience in various commercial accounting roles in Western Australia.


Martin Pugh

Martin has over 26 years construction, consulting and business management experience throughout Australia, UK, USA, Asia and the Middle East. Since joining Georgiou, Martin has led Georgiou Project Management and Business Development initiatives, identifying growth and diversification opportunities for the business.

Prior to this, Martin held senior management roles in Coffey Project Management, Baulderstone, United Group, Norwest Holst (UK) and Kyle Stewart (UK).


Lambros Siamos
General Manager Operations

BE (Construction), GMP (Harvard Business School)

Lambros has worked for Georgiou Group for 20 years in various roles including Project Engineer and Project Manager on land development, road construction and water pipeline projects. He also worked as Georgiou’s Chief Estimator and Commercial Manager.

Lambros completed Harvard’s General Management Program in 2006 and is the immediate past president of CCF WA Branch. He is a member of the Infrastructure Committee with the UDIA.


Frank Dilizia

Frank joined Georgiou Group in April 2008 to establish Georgiou Building. Frank has 26 years of experience in the delivery of a diverse range of commercial building and engineering projects having previously worked for Transfield and John Holland as Regional Operations Manager.

Projects Frank has delivered include hospitals, defence facilities, roads, bridges, offices, prisons, railway stations, educational, pharmaceutical and heavy industrial facilities.


Dirk Baumgartel
General Manager              Engineering

BE (Civil), GMP (Harvard Business School)

Dirk has over 20 years experience in civil construction managing large and complex projects. Since joining Georgiou in 2005, Dirk has successfully overseen significant construction projects including two new multi-purpose berths at Port Kembla, Wesfarmers LNG Plant in Kwinana, the Boddington Gold Mine expansion in Regional WA and the Hallam Valley Main Sewer in Melbourne.

Prior to this Dirk was a senior project manager at Thiess Pty Ltd, working on several prominent bridge/road projects and the Kwinana Hismelt Plant.
