Georgiou’s Infrastructure division has an experienced and well resourced team, with an extensive fleet of over 250 items of plant and equipment at its disposal.

Georgiou Infrastructure undertakes projects in the following areas:

  • Urban development and renewal - Georgiou delivers all components of urban development projects including bulk earthworks, hydraulics, road construction, retaining walls, landscaping and utilities installation. For urban renewal projects, Georgiou provides demolition, site remediation (including contaminant removal and management), and streetscape enhancement services.

 

  • Pipelines and pumping stations - Georgiou specialises in the construction of trunk water mains, sewer mains and pressure pipelines either by open excavation or by trenchless techniques. Georgiou will construct sewer pump stations in varying ground conditions including submerged underwater and delivers all aspects of water transfer pump station projects including the mechanical, electrical, building and process logic control for water transfer.

 

  • Marina construction - Georgiou has proven experience in delivering total marine construction or specific components of marine development including breakwater and jetty construction, dredging, freight intermodal hardstands and fuel facilities.
