Georgiou Building is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Georgiou Group that provides design and construction, construction only or construction management services for commercial, retail and government building projects.

Members of the Georgiou Building team are experienced in delivering a wide range of complex building projects including retail, commercial, warehouses, offices, hospitals, manufacturing plants, laboratories, educational facilities and refurbishments.

Georgiou Building is a registered builder, holds pre-qualification to Level 5 Complex with the Western Australia Department of Housing and Works, and is a member of the Master Builders Association and Green Building Council of Australia.

Georgiou Building has experience with a variety of contract styles, including lump sum, construction management, cost plus, schedule of rates or BOQ, including combinations of the above. It can also call on considerable in-house labour resources in critical building trades as well as an extensive fleet of plant and equipment.

  • Constructability and value management reviews - Georgiou Building encourages the early involvement of the builder with the consultant team to identify and realise cost and time savings associated with the use of alternative systems, materials, layout and methodology. The building team has extensive experience in working with clients and consultants to achieve these outcomes. Georgiou Building also has the capability to provide early cost planning and budget advice using in-house QS resources. 

 

  • In-house capability – Georgiou Building has in-house labour resources in critical building trades including formwork, reinforcement fixing, concrete placement, plumbing and drainage works, in-ground services installation, demolition, soil remediation, asphalt and pavements works, and bulk earthworks. The ability to undertake this work using in-house labour and plant provides cost competitiveness and surety of achieving completion milestones.
