The Georgiou STEP Values express the beliefs and behaviours that help make us "the best people to work with".

Employee feedback was a critical part in developing our values and they belong to all of us. No one person or area of the business is responsible for driving our culture and we are all individually and collectively responsible for demonstrating and abiding by expected behaviours.
