A step-by-step guide for submitting a Vendor Setup form on Georgiou Connect.

I am a new user, how do I sign up?

Click on the New Users Sign Up button to create a Georgiou Connect account. You will be prompted for some basic information and your account setup for you automatically.

Can I save my form and come back later?

No. You need to complete all information before submitting the form. We recommend you have the following information ready before you start:

  • Business Name
  • Legal Entity Name
  • ABN
  • PDFs of each of the following insurance certificates: Public Liability, Workers Compensation,
  • Professional Indemnity (if applicable)
  • A PDF of one of the following: Bank Deposit Slip or Bank Statement.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Simply enter your username into the login screen and click the Forgot your Password? link. The system will automatically se email you with instructions on how to proceed. If you can’t remember your username, please contact us. Our contact details are listed at the end of this page.

What format does the password have to be?

Your password MUST be:

At least 7 characters
Include at least 1 number
Include at least 1 special character (!, #, @, $, % etc.)

What do I do if my trade isn’t listed?

If your trade is not listed please select Other. We will contact you, discuss your trade, and update our database list where appropriate.
