The Georgiou Story Georgiou has come a long way since its inception in 1977.
Georgiou Group is a leading civil and building construction company in Australia and part of STRABAG Societas Europaea—one of Europe’s foremost construction technology groups.
Our journey began as Direct Drainage, with strong growth through the early 1990s, launching Geocrete in 1993 and acquiring Roadpave in 1994. In 1996, these businesses merged to become Georgiou Group. Today, with over 900 people across Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory, we deliver high-quality solutions across transport, resources, building, utilities, energy and Defence.
Backed by the strength of more than 86,000 STRABAG colleagues worldwide, we bring together global capability and local expertise to deliver even greater value for our clients.
