We know that taking the leap from uni to your first professional role is big. Offering opportunities for you to start your career and gain hands-on experience on some of Australia’s largest construction projects, alongside industry leaders driven by the values of Care, Integrity and Excellence is important to us.
Our programs incorporate skills development aligned with a formal competency framework, a mentor program, online training, conferences, site tours in addition to a calendar of other activities to support Cadets and Graduates to build confidence and progress their career. By offering a variety of pathways and opportunities within the programs, we encourage Cadets and Graduates to drive the direction of their career and discover their passions and preferences.
About our Cadet and Graduate Programs Our Cadet and Graduate Programs have now been running successfully for several years and include a variety of professional positions.
In 2023, Georgiou expanded our intake with the inclusion of 36 new Cadets and Graduates, bringing the national total to 71 partaking in the programs. Whilst many continued in their program, seven of the Cadets graduated and moved into a Graduate role, and six of the Graduates were promoted as experienced employees in their chosen field.
