Where can I find your current vacancies?

You can find a list of our current vacancies here. This list is updated daily and will provide you with all the information you will need for a successful application.

I’ve applied before. Do I need to keep applying to new roles?

You can simply login with your username and password to apply for new roles as your details are saved, as well as update any information that may have changed.

A recruitment agency has spoken to me about an opportunity at Georgiou. Should I present my details through them?

We prefer that you apply to us directly, however we do work with a select number of recruitment agencies. If you are unsure as to whether the recruitment agency you are speaking with has a relationship with us, please submit your resume and include the name of the agency and we will confirm your application.

I can’t find any opportunities listed online that suit my skills and experience, can I still apply?

Yes. Provided your experience is suited to the key areas we operate in, we are happy to consider expressions of interest at any time. Simply submit your resume and we will register your details so that we can contact you when an opportunity suited to your experience becomes available.

What are the ‘key roles’ that you recruit for at Georgiou?

We resource continually for our Building, Civil Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Plant and Precast businesses. We are always keen to hear from those with strong experience and tenure within reputable organisations in these industry sectors. Examples of the key roles we recruit are as follows:

  • Construction Managers;
  • Project Managers;
  • Design Managers;
  • Project Engineers;
  • Site Managers;
  • Supervisors;
  • Contracts Administrators / Quantity Surveyors;
  • Surveyors;
  • Estimators;
  • HSE Advisors; and
  • Site Administrators.

I’m not a construction professional or an engineer. Are there opportunities for me at Georgiou?

Possibly. Georgiou is a well-established mid-tier organisation with a significant shared services support team. If you have experience in one or more of the following areas, we are happy to consider your expression of interest:

  • HR;
  • Recruitment;
  • Learning and Development;
  • Accountancy;
  • IT and Systems Support;
  • Payroll; and
  • Marketing.

I still haven’t had a response to my application yet. What should I do?

While we always endeavour to respond to every application within 30 days the volume of response we receive at certain times means that occasionally this is not possible. If it has been more than 30 days since you applied please consider that you have not been successful with your application on this occasion.

How do I apply for a Graduate position?

The vast majority of our Graduates come through our Cadet program, and therefore, we rarely have opportunities for external Graduate applicants. For more information on how to apply for a Cadet position, click here.

When do your applications open for Graduates & Cadets?

Our application opens annually from April 1-30 and all applications will need to be submitted online via our Graduate and Cadet page.

Can I bring a hard copy of my resume?

To be considered for a position with Georgiou, all applications must be received via our website. This ensures all your details are saved correctly and the appropriate information is obtained to fully assess your suitability for a role with us. To apply for a position, click here.

Can I update my resume after I’ve submitted my application?

If any of your details change after you have submitted your application, you can simply log in via our Careers page using the username and password you set up. Any changes to contact details or CVs can be amended from there.

How do I know if my application has been received?

Once you have successfully completed our application process, you will receive an automated email from us advising it has been received. Please check your junk mail for this email also. If you are unsure if your application has gone through, you can simply log in using the username and password you have created to ensure your profile is active.

Can I apply for roles in other States?

Yes. Aside from our head office in Perth we have offices based in Brisbane and North Sydney. We also have projects based in regional Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales. If you are based interstate, you are welcome to apply specifying your preferred working location. If you are seeking a move from your current location we are still happy to consider your application. Simply apply via the advertised role or by submitting your resume if you can’t find any current opportunities that suit your experience.
