This year marks an important milestone, with three students completing their apprenticeships and becoming Level 2 operators in their chosen fields:
- El Ewen – Excavator Operator – El was the first Motivation Foundation graduate to complete her apprenticeship at Georgiou and the first WA female Excavator Operator.
- Brendon Oliver – Loader Operator Brendon was Georgiou’s first Motivation Foundation student engaged prior to the formal partnership, paving the way for future graduates.
- Indie Oakley – Excavator Operator – Indie has also been an exceptional standout — completing his apprenticeship 15 months ahead of schedule and already progressing to a Level 2 Excavator Operator less than two years after joining Georgiou.
To continue building on this success, Georgiou has signed a new three-year agreement with the Motivation Foundation, extending our partnership through to 2028. Together, we remain committed to creating opportunities, elevating young talent, and contributing to a stronger and more sustainable construction workforce. Georgiou is proud to stand alongside the Motivation Foundation as we continue shaping the next generation of civil construction talent.
