How we lead at Georgiou is not just important, it is vital to driving our outstanding culture – we care about our people; we strive for excellence, and we do so with integrity.
This program has been developed to address an identified need within our national business, aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of people managers. The objective is to establish consistency, drive high performance, and focus on values-driven leadership.
Jason Stern, Georgiou’s Learning and Development Manager, shared “The content of the program has been developed with contributions from representatives from each Business Unit’s Leadership Team, nominated by our General Managers. The strong stakeholder input and pilot sessions enabled us to develop a custom program for our business that is unique to Georgiou.”
Delivered by our external facilitator – Unveil, the first cohort of participants have now commenced the program. Selected participants work through a combination of face-to-face training, virtual workshops and practical projects that stimulates both learning and connection among our people across the business.

The iGnite Leadership Program is including 194 leaders in the initial cohort across Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.
