Nick officially joined us this week, stepping into a key leadership role that will shape the future of our operations across NSW. Nick brings not just exceptional experience in infrastructure delivery, but a leadership style and set of values that strongly align with our culture at Georgiou.
With a career that has taken him from Ireland and New Zealand to regional New South Wales, Nick brings more than two decades of hands-on industry knowledge. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Mathematics, a Master’s in Project Management, and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng). His impressive portfolio includes senior leadership on complex infrastructure projects such as the Georgiou CPB Joint Venture M12 Motorway West Project, Dubbo Regional Rail Maintenance Facility, and Northern Road Stages 5 and 6.
Nick’s breadth of experience spans multiple delivery models — PPP (Public Private Partnership), D&C (Design and Construct), ECI (Early Contractor Involvement), Construct Only and Alliances. He is also widely respected for his strategic approach, collaborative leadership style, and ability to foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams alike.
Based out of our new Sydney office, Nick will be actively engaging with teams on-site across New South Wales, ensuring a connected, people-first approach to leadership.
