The Design & Construct project will deliver a new main warehouse, upgraded EV charging infrastructure, new fire and fuel systems, replacement of in‑ground services, and extensive civil works.
All construction activity will take place while Toyota WA’s daily pre‑delivery operations remain active on site, requiring careful staging and coordination to ensure safety, continuity, and minimal disruption.
Early works began in January 2026, with demolition commencing the following month. The project is expected to reach completion in September 2027.
