This year’s theme, ‘Everything Great is Made Together’, set the tone for sessions centred on trust, ownership, and the real-world actions that define strong leadership—whether you manage a crew, run a site, or influence through your example.
This was also a landmark moment for Georgiou—it marked our first leadership conference since joining forces with global construction leader STRABAG, and the internal launch of our bold new brand. The energy in the room spoke for itself: excitement, pride, and a shared commitment to the journey ahead.
A key highlight was an exclusive session with Harvard Business School Professor Boris Groysberg, who challenged us to think differently about culture, capability, and the role leadership plays in building high-performing teams.
