As part of the Leadership Team, Stewart will report directly to our Chief Risk Officer, Tony Vowles, and will work closely with our Commercial Leads to review and strengthen our commercial processes and practices.
This role reflects our continued commitment to excellence and is a key strategic action to bolster our commercial capacity and capability, aligning with the significant growth our business has experienced over the last few years.
Stewart brings the experience and expertise needed to excel in this pivotal role; his credentials include Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (Hons.) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
Stewart has held positions on multiple Board and Advisory Panels and has proven success in various Commercial and Legal roles with other notable construction companies such as Thiess, Lendlease, Multiplex, and Acciona. Leading the resolution of complex disputes, developing strategy and leading commercial and legal streams on major infrastructure projects such as the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing Project, Puhoi to Warkworth PPP and the Kingsford Smith Drive Upgrade.
Stewart is based in Georgiou’s Brisbane office.
