Project Introduction

As demand for accessible, high-quality healthcare continues to grow across Perth and the wider region, the delivery of modern medical infrastructure is more important than ever.

Located in the Claremont precinct, the 4,900 sqm medical facility builds on Georgiou’s previous experience in the local community. The new facility will incorporate a dermatology clint, urgent care centre, pathology, and other consulting rooms.

Construction is now underway.

Once complete, this project will provide vital care and wellbeing services to the community for years to come.
