Dunheved Road Upgrade (Early Works Package) is a critical investment in road capacity, safety, and community connectivity for the Penrith region.
Penrith City Council engaged Georgiou as Principal Contractor to deliver the preliminary works for the Dunheved Road Upgrade under an Early Works Agreement. The early works phase is designed to allow the project team to identify and address potential challenges prior to the commencement of the main construction phase. This proactive approach ensures a smoother transition into full-scale construction.

Scope of work
