EDGEWATER STATION MULTI-STOREY CARPARK

Georgiou delivered the Edgewater Station Multi-storey Carpark in January 2017.

Awarded by the Public Transport Authority, the ground plus two level multi-storey car park has increased Edgewater Station’s total parking capacity to approximately 1,450 bays.

Designed to maximise security, natural lighting and ventilation while providing shading and weather protection where possible, the car park includes a lift, open staircase and façade screening to half of the building.

The façade design focuses on ensuring the building complements the area’s amenity and give the impression of an occupied building.
