Project Introduction
Georgiou secured the contract for the urban development project, Illyarrie Estate, for repeat client, Stockland Development.
Located on a recently vacated chicken farm and feed manufacturing facility in Sinagra WA, the project is poised to transform the site into an estate ultimately consisting of over 600 residential dwellings, a future primary school, and proposed childcare centre on completion.

Valued at $16 million over the first 18 months, the scope of works include:
- Demolition and removal off site of all previous Ingham buildings and infrastructure
- Wanneroo Road forward works, including realignment of existing services and site entry
- Clearing and bulk earthworks with protection of vegetation nominated for retention
- Road pavement construction involving asphalt works, brick paving, base, sub-base and sub-grade preparation.
- Retaining wall construction
- Sewer and water reticulation
- Footpath and paved areas
- Drainage infrastructure construction including pits, pipes and open swales
- Lighting, electrical and communication installations.
