MARINA EAST APARTMENTS

Georgiou was selected to build Blackburne’s $36 million Marina East Apartments development in September 2018.

Positioned on the marina at Ascot Waters, the Marina East Apartments project involved the construction of 91 one, two and three bedroom apartments with associated carparking, plus a cafe and office tenancy.

The apartments span over three separate boutique-sized buildings ranging from four to eight storeys (excluding the boardwalk level) and surround a tranquil residents’ garden.

Other resident amenities include a yoga room, kayak storage, gym, a landscape podium, sauna and BBQ pavilions in the shared courtyard.

Construction began in September 2018 was completed April 2020.
