Georgiou began construction of the $32 million Prime House Office development in October 2016, after securing the contract with an innovative and cost-saving business plan.

Located in the heart of Joondalup WA, the eight-storey, A-grade office development was designed to achieve a five-star Green Star rating and a 4.5 NABERs rating and is the largest office development ever undertaken in the City of Joondalup.

Levels 1-2 include 150 car bays with Levels 3-7 consisting of commercial A-Grade office space and Level 8 the plant room.

A major feature of the building is the perforated aluminium facade screen which makes the project a standout landmark within the precinct. The façade has a threefold effect – it generates a dynamic effect through the play of light and shadow, solid and void and the layering of folds blur the edges of the building to softens its mass; it provides necessary sun shading which reduces the requirement for mechanical cooling and energy consumption; and it allows for panoramic views of the surrounding area and an abundance of natural light deep into the building, improving the quality of space

Construction was completed in May 2018 with occupation by the tenant in October 2018.
