Project Introduction
Georgiou is delivering the Stirling Retirement Apartments for the Air Force Association of WA (trading as RAAFA).
Named in honour of the Short Stirling heavy bomber used in WWII, the Stirling Retirement Apartments are part of RAAFA’s expansion of the Air Force Memorial Estate in Bull Creek. The development provides high quality, independent retirement living to Western Australia’s growing population of retirees.
The apartments are ready to welcome residents to their new home, with the official opening held in September 2025.

Building Communities
At Georgiou, we believe the best projects build more than structures—they build communities. The Stirling Apartments development at RAAFA’s Air Force Memorial Estate is a great example of this.
As part of the project, our team got to know the residents well, and donated over $4,500 worth of tools to the Estate’s Hobby Shop, a much-loved space where residents come together to restore furniture, create community projects, and even build toys for children overseas. By supporting the Hobby Shop, we’re helping ensure residents can keep doing what they love, while fostering connection, creativity, and purpose.
This act of care reflects our values—Care, Integrity, and Excellence. It shows how Georgiou’s people go beyond construction to leave a lasting, positive impact. We’re proud to be part of building not just homes, but a stronger, more connected community.
