Georgiou is delivering the Stirling Retirement Apartments for the Air Force Association of WA (trading as RAAFA).
Named in honour of the Short Stirling heavy bomber used in WWII, the Stirling Retirement Apartments are part of RAAFA’s expansion of the Air Force Memorial Estate in Bull Creek.
Construction is underway, with practical completion expected mid-2025.

Scope of Work The sixth stage of development at their Bull Creek facility
The scope of works includes the construction of a six-storey development featuring 63 apartments, a basement carpark of 75 car bays, bicycle and gopher parking, and a communal recreation facility.
