Project Introduction
Georgiou delivered the $50 million design and construction contract for Toyota’s new 20,000 m2 automated parts distribution centre in Kewdale, Western Australia.
The new facility features advanced robotic and automated material handling technology, which improves safety and efficiency, allowing for increased capacity to handle more parts and accessories – servicing a network of 35 Toyota dealership sites across the state.

Design and construction of a new state-of-the-art 20,000 m2 five-star Green Star and five-star NABERS Energy rated parts distribution centre.
Installation of a cutting-edge Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) supplied by Toyota Industries Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, Vanderlande. This is the first of its kind in the southern hemisphere – making it one of the most technologically advanced vehicle parts distribution centres in Australia.
