KNUTSFORD RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS

Awarded in August 2013, the Knutsford Residential Apartments comprised of 80 dwellings, both single residential and townhouses, built over 1.6 hectares in Fremantle, WA.

Georgiou delivered Stage 1A of the Knutsford Residential Apartments which included the construction of 23 dwellings, which were a combination of two-storey houses and apartments along with the installation of rammed earth retaining walls.

The high quality residential development featured contemporary Michael Patroni architecture and a variety of accommodation options from single residential dwellings and apartments of varying types and sizes.

Additionally, the project team carried out all split-level hard and soft landscaping, grasscrete driveways and parking areas, along with the installation of all external façade features including brick lattices, metal cladding and perforated aluminum screens.

Collaborating with the client and architects throughout the build, adjusting finishes and final design detailing guaranteed no rework at handover.
