Welcome – You are about to start work on a Georgiou site.
You and your employees are required to register and induct through Georgiou’s Online Induction system.
Note: If you are using a desktop computer, please ensure you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to complete the registration process.
Step 1. Company Representative/Consultant
If you are a company representative or a consultant, you are required to register your company details here.
This only needs to be completed once for each organisation.
Once registered you must provide the below information to ALL employees which will be undertaking works on a Georgiou site. If your company has engaged sub-contractors/labour hire personnel it is your responsibility to notify their company representatives that they must also complete this registration process.
Step 2. Employee/Subcontractor/Labour Hire Employee
If you are an employee/subcontractor/labour hire you are required to register your details and complete Georgiou’s Online Induction. To avoid unnecessary and costly delays, you are required to complete the induction a minimum 2 days prior to your arrival onsite.
You will be required to upload evidence of your right to work in Australia, licence (or proof of age), construction industry induction (white/blue) card and qualifications/competencies, so please ensure these are available to upload. Note: If you receive a 'File Type Invalid' error this could be the result of a full stop or space somewhere within the file name eg. First.lastname.pdf or First Lastname.pdf. Please rename the file without the full stop or space and try uploading again eg. firstlastname.pdf. TIFF files are also not accepted, please amend to another file type eg. jpeg or pdf.

Note: You must monitor your emails following the registration in the event your uploads are rejected (e.g. unreadable, expired or insufficient).
Further Information: Right to Work in Australia
To work on a Georgiou project all your employees, subcontractors and labour hire personnel are required to provide evidence of their right to work in Australia.
A VEVO needs to be completed by the company, not an individual subcontractor/employee.
If you do not have any of these items, please discuss with your employer.
