Lambros Siamos

Lambros has worked with Georgiou for more than 25 years’ experience in project, pre-contracts and executive roles. He leads the management of the business improvement, human resources, OHSE and quality functions at Georgiou.

Steve Tennant

EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER - INFRASTRUCTURE BSC HONS, MIEAUST, CPENG, PMP

Steve has more than 30 years’ experience in an engineering capacity. For the past 20 years, Steve had led Georgiou’s infrastructure business in Western Australia. He now also oversees the company’s engineering business which includes precast and survey.

Simon Welfare

GENERAL MANAGER - ENGINEERING BCE; BCOM

Bringing more than 20 years’ construction experience to the role, Simon’s leadership experience includes the successful delivery of major public infrastructure road and rail projects, along with extensive experience working for blue chip clients such as BHP Billiton, Chevron, Rio Tinto and Alcoa.

Steve Okill

GENERAL MANAGER - BUILDING BCMEC; SDCP; DIP. APPSC (BUILDING)

Steve is an experienced project and construction management executive with more than 20 years’ experience. Steve is responsible for the management of Georgiou’s building business.

Cameron Silverthorne

GENERAL MANAGER NSW BE (Civil)

Cameron’s 28-year history of involvement in civil construction and road infrastructure includes experience in steering several major highway projects through design and construction to early handover. Cameron joined Georgiou in April 2020 as Operations Manager and was appointed General Manager NSW in August 2022.

Sean Donald

GENERAL MANAGER Qld BE (Civil); FIE Aust CPEng EngExec NER APEC Engineer IntPE(Aus); JP (Qual)

Sean has over 26 years’ experience in civil construction, including over 11 years specifically in the role of Project Manager or equivalent. Sean joined Georgiou in July 2017 as Construction Manager, before being appointed Operations Manager in October 2020 and General Manager Qld in August 2022.

Tony Vowles

Tony has more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in the area of commercial and risk. Tony leads the Company’s Risk Business Unit which has oversight of all commercial and legal matters, corporate risk, group insurance and the company secretariat.
