Scott has more than 20 years’ experience as a finance professional across a number of different industries. He manages the finance, ICT and strategic planning functions at Georgiou.

Herbert has over 38 years’ experience in the construction industry across Europe, having worked at STRABAG for over 30 years, with expertise in commercial and executive roles. Herbert has relocated from Vienna to Brisbane as part of STRABAG’s acquisition of Georgiou Group, where he leads the integration between the two companies.

Lambros has worked with Georgiou for more than 30 years, with experience in project, pre-contracts and executive roles. He leads the management of business improvement, strategic communications, OHSE and quality functions at Georgiou.

Courtney is an experienced Human Resources manager committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, whilst strategically optimising Georgiou’s workforce to drive the success and sustainable growth of the company. She leads the Human Resources, Learning & Development and People Systems teams.

Nick joined Georgiou in April 2025 as General Manager NSW, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in civil construction and road infrastructure, including leadership roles on major projects such as the M12 Motorway West, Dubbo Regional Rail Maintenance Facility, and Northern Road upgrades.

Sean has over 26 years’ experience in civil construction, including over 11 years specifically in the role of Project Manager or equivalent. Sean joined Georgiou in July 2017 as Construction Manager, before being appointed Operations Manager in October 2020 and General Manager QLD in August 2022.

Bringing more than 20 years’ construction experience to the role, Simon’s leadership experience includes the successful delivery of major public infrastructure road and rail projects, along with extensive experience working for clients such as BHP Billiton, Chevron, Rio Tinto and Alcoa.

Steve is an experienced project and construction management executive with more than 20 years’ experience. Steve is responsible for the management of Georgiou’s Building business.

Tony has worked for Georgiou Group for more than 22 years, delivering land development, roadworks and water infrastructure projects across Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. In September 2022, Tony was promoted from Operations Manager to General Manager – responsible for the growth of Georgiou’s Infrastructure business in WA.

Peter is an accomplished Operations Manager and Alliance Director with 28 years of experience in the construction industry.

He has a demonstrated record of excellence in project management, particularly on major infrastructure projects in Western Australia, including:

• Tonkin Highway Extension Stages 1 & 2 (current)
• Tonkin Gap Project & Associated Works
• Gateway WA Perth Airport & Freight Access Project

Peter excels at developing and leading project teams, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and focuses on innovation to improve project delivery and outcomes. The importance he places on fostering and establishing relationships with clients and stakeholders plays a significant part in successful project delivery.

Stewart has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry. Stewart is responsible for overseeing our Commercial Leads in the review and enhancement of our commercial processes and practices.

Stewart has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry. Stewart is responsible for overseeing our Commercial Leads in the review and enhancement of our commercial processes and practices.

John Georgiou is a highly respected and accomplished executive in the construction and engineering industries. With over 35 years of experience in the construction and property sector, he has successfully grown the company into a leading civil engineering, construction, and property group in Australia. John’s strategic leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. Under his guidance, Georgiou Group has become renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to complex projects across a variety of sectors, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, client satisfaction and community engagement.

Lui brings to Georgiou’s Advisory Board extensive experience in acquisitions, business development, taxation and investment management. Lui’s experience and knowledge is invaluable when assessing potential growth and expansion opportunities for Georgiou.
