At Georgiou, we build lasting relationships through trust and performance which starts from the beginning. The Induction Portal for contractors, subcontractors and their employees is the first step in working with us and is mandatory.

We value quality of service, outcome and alignment to our Georgiou Way values when considering new suppliers. Please read on if your organisation has the capability to deliver on these values.

Welcome, you are about to start work on a Georgiou site.

You and your employees are required to register and induct through Georgiou’s online induction system, Beakon.

Step 1: Company Representative

If you are a company representative, you are required to register your company details here. Select Contractor Company as the type and submit the required information.

  • This registration only needs to be completed once for each company.
  • Once submitted Georgiou will review the company registration request and approve/reject.
  • Once a company is approved employees can then start completing their inductions under their company profile (see Step Two).

Step 2: Employees, Subcontractors And Labour Hire Personnel

If you have worked for Georgiou in the last three years and have already used Beakon, DO NOT register a new account. Contact [email protected] and our team will re-active your account or change your project.  Also contact us if you already have an account and have forgotten your password.

If you are an employee, subcontractor or labour hire personnel you are required to register your details and complete Georgiou’s online induction. To avoid unnecessary and costly delays, you are required to complete the induction a minimum 2 days prior to your arrival onsite.

You will be required to upload photo ID, construction industry induction (white/blue) card and any qualifications or competencies. Please ensure these are readily available before commencing your induction.

Note: You must monitor your emails following the registration in the event your uploads are rejected (eg. unreadable, expired or insufficient).

Privacy Statement

Georgiou acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals and will operate in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 as amended and covers all operations and functions of Georgiou. Georgiou will not collect personal information unless the information is necessary for its business purposes. Collection of personal information will be fair, lawful and non-intrusive. Georgiou will only collect sensitive information with the individual’s consent or as required by law. Personal information will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected.
