Join, Stay.

Tenacious. Committed. Happy.
We're stayers.

The culture and loyalty of our team is something we’re proud of. We know that once you’ve joined Georgiou, you’re likely to stay.

What it’s like to work with us and exactly why people stay, can be hard to describe, so we asked team members from around Australia to share their stories.

We hope you enjoy meeting our team and hearing more about what makes us the best people to work with.

Why we stay.

Balance & Flexibility.

We’ve made a commitment to being a leader in the construction industry – part of that commitment involves supporting the wellbeing of our staff.

We offer the flexibility to balance your work and life in a supportive family culture where you feel valued, safe and included.

In addition to a progressive flexible work policy, we offer support including an Employee Assistance Program, MATES in Construction suicide prevention and mental health programs and increased access to leave.

Fun.

Whilst we take our work seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Georgiou is built on family, friendships and laughter and we have no doubt that you’ll feel that throughout the business.

Early morning workouts, dance-offs and team feasts… Each site and office creates their own traditions and fun, and we can’t wait to see what you bring to the team.

Career Opportunities
for Indigenous Australians

At Georgiou, we believe in a just and equitable Australia where everyone is treated equally and provided with the same opportunities no matter what their ethnicity. With that in mind, we make a considered effort to provide opportunities for Indigenous Australians. We work closely with the RAP program and Reconciliation Australia to develop your skills and help with your career development. We want to help you build a fulfilling career and learn new skills to help you support your family and ensure your financial future.

We are proud to be the first company in the Australian construction industry to receive formal recognition by Reconciliation Australia for our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) program and our commitment to diverse employment.
