DFO PERTH OFFICIALLY OPENS

Georgiou’s first retail project – DFO Perth for Vicinity Centres’ – has officially opened.

Constructed in only 15 months, Georgiou delivered WA’s first DFO. The development includes 24,000m² of gross lettable space, more than 100 tenancies and a 1,500-bay car park.

Awarded in July 2017, the project saw 600 construction personnel at peak and was delivered on budget, on time and to a high safety standard.
