Following the successful completion of Stages 1 and 2 of Claremont on the Park, Georgiou was awarded the Stage 3 in March 2015, valued at more than $14 million.

 

Scope of works includes remediation, clearing and earthworks, roadworks, landscape construction, installation of underground services, and removal and decommissioning of existing services.

 

Works were completed in March 2016 with construction beginning on The Pocket, Claremont in September 2014.

 

The Claremont on the Park precinct is 9.4 hectare project site is located on the northern side of the Claremont railway station, bounded by the railway line, Graylands Road, Davies Road and Lapsley Road.
