Awarded in September 2016, this project saw Georgiou construct the CTF Futures Centre Development – a new office and training facility for the Construction Training Fund.
Valued at approximately $4 million, the CTF Futures Centre Development’s footprint is 2,400m2 split over two levels, comprising offices, training classroom and a warehouse for the future installation of specialist plant.
The structure consists of a structural steel frame, precast panel wall and a suspended composite floor slab. The balance of the 4Ha site is paved, landscaped and includes an external alfresco area for staff and students.
