NEW TABULAM BRIDGE

Georgiou has delivered the New Tabulam Bridge for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW).

The project involved roadworks, bridgeworks and associated activities for the realignment of an 830 metre-long section of the Bruxner Highway from east of the Clarence River to just east of the existing Overflow Bridge west of the Clarence River.

Work included the completion of piling and pier construction ahead of setting up for girder installation followed by deck pours.

Completed in early 2021, the new bridge replaced the existing State heritage-listed Bruxner Highway Bridge over the Clarence River.
