In January 2024, Georgiou delivered the first stage of the $330 million St John of God Subiaco Hospital Redevelopment for client, St John of God Health Care Inc.
The scope of works included:
- upgrade and expansion of kitchen and installation of modern, state-of-the-art equipment. Implementation of hospital wide a la carte dining;
- expanded and upgraded Sterilisation Services Department with improved functionality;
- site main switch board replacement and HV upgrade;
- new service lifts and infill development in the Hospital’s central courtyard;
- a new, six bed, negative pressure isolation ward; and
- upgraded ICU isolation rooms.
St John of God Subiaco Hospital is embarking on a major redevelopment that will modernise and transform the campus into a world-class private hospital of clinical excellence.
