Ellenbrook Estate has recently won two accolades at the 2017 Urban Development Institute Australia Awards for Excellence – a testament to Georgiou and our work over the past 20 years.
The estate beat out stiff competition from four other entries to take home the Masterplanned Development Award as well as the Russel Perry Award for urban development excellence – an award that recognises the best project across all categories.
To date, Georgiou has delivered more than $500 million of works on the Estate since 1995.
