HOLLYWOOD HOSPITAL SOUTH BLOCK AND ADMINISTRATION UPGRADE

Georgiou has recently delivered the Hollywood Private Hospital South Block and Administration Upgrade for client, Ramsay Health Care Australia.

Valued at $67 million, the project comes off the back of Georgiou’s successful delivery of the Hollywood Private Hospital Consulting Centre and Mental Health Unit in 2021.

Scope of work includes design and construction of a new emergency department at their Nedlands campus, expansion of the current radiology unit and associated carpark.

The emergency department is located on the lower ground level, followed by one level of specialist tenancy spaces, two levels of 30-bed wards, a shell space on the third level provisioned for a future 30-bed ward and three individual plant rooms on the top level to complete the building.

Construction of the Hollywood Hospital South Block is currently underway with the project expected to be complete in mid-late 2021
