Georgiou Group is delivering the $107 million contract for the next major stage of the Ocean Reef Marina Development for DevelopmentWA.
The scope of works involves the construction of public infrastructure including boat ramps, marine walls and recreational spaces such as a skatepark, playground and picnic facilities. Additionally, the development will include lots for residential, retail and hospitality purposes.
The stage one works will pave the way for Ocean Reef Marina to become an iconic new coastal destination for Western Australians and tourists.
Construction on the Marina will commence in April with project completion anticipated at the beginning of 2026.
